Increasing Telephony Costs & Potential Utility Refunds


BT are introducing two further price increases from September and October 2020.  Generally, other suppliers will follow suit and we would recommend forwarding a copy of your latest invoice (regardless of your current supplier) to see if you will be impacted.  Due to our large client base, we are able to negotiate very competitive arrangements for our clients.     

In addition, should you wish to use alternative technology, for instance in the light of COVID-19 and the pending ISDN/PSTN turn off, we would be happy to assist.  We have been doing this extensively since March, and can put forward options for your consideration to best suit your business (this can include remote working, should you have this requirement). 


If you have had to close for business as a result of COVID-19 for any period of time, you may be entitled to a rebate from your utility suppliers.  We have run successful campaigns on this matter, so please forward any recent invoices for review (and provide details) and we will act accordingly.  Even if you have remained open throughout the year, we would strongly advise you forwarding any invoices, as we have been able to take advantage of low energy prices at various times.
